Good product. I use it in one nostril for 10-12 hours, then the other one (you only need 1 nostril to breathe freely). The other nostril can be used if it stops working after 4-6 hours.

Almost always works…but the price doubled…thats what made it so good, the cheaper price but now it’s a similar price to other products.
