I bought these as they came highly recommend by a friend of mine. He said these can help with inflammation. I bought them, and I can confidently say that they did offer some relief. I will continue to use them and will keep track of how much better I feel following doses. So far, so good!

I suffer from gout, I bought these to help combat it as I have used the liquid before and that seemed to help. Unfortunately the capsules don’t seam to be as strong.
Also the capsules have a very strong taste of plastic
I will be going back to the liquid as it has a better effect.

I have a some pain in my thumb n I have neck problem n don’t want surgery so I decided to take these n after for a few days the pain has gone n I’ve noticed I sleep better not long cos the alarm goes off at 5am lol
