I like the fact that capsules are dehydrated form of vinegar itself and on a long run it is becomes difficult to drink liquid vinegar. Vinegar lowers cholesterol and leads to reduction of sugar levels in a blood!

I took these Monday and i needed to go toliet within an hour of taking it, then another two times but was okay! The next day was extremely extremely bad, couldn’t leave bathroom for hours scared would poop myself, wasn’t able to keep water or food down. I only took two not three like it recommended but im glad I didn’t because i would be pooping explosively for days. I have had ice polls to keep fluids in and sugar levels. Made me really unwell and the hot flushes last for hours and are horrible. Left me feeling weak, thirsty, been able to eat food for a few hours now but it doesn’t fill that need like when you smoke doesn’t hit the spot or constantly crave another cigarette. Honestly not worth it, its only from taking them for one day. I would be really careful because they have made me ill. Nearly two days now and feel still very unwell.

A little difficult to tell whether there have been significant results after one month, but I’ll keep taking them as they’re far easier to take than drinking ACV, which tastes foul, and gives me raging acid reflux. Hoping to see a difference after the second month’s worth.
