I bought this as my regular pre-workout was out of stock.
The flavour I found was really decent (fruit burst) and got a reasonable pump from it.
However, I got the stomach cramps as mentioned by another reviewer. This is think is from how some of the ingredients react with water and stomach acid, in that they give off a lot of gas.
Even shaking it in a mixer and leaving it for 5 minutes to “off gas” didn’t me help much.
If you get the cramps and not bothered by them, (which last a few minutes), then this is a decent product, so don’t let it put you off.
As for me I’ve got my regular pre workout back in now (pretrain x by adapt nutrition for reference).

Tastes lush, easy mixing and does what needs to be done with the right amount of what’s needed.
No quick rise or crash but I’m probably addicted to caffeine and just can’t tell anymore.

Good pre workout, been dry scooping so taste isn’t an issue. Haven’t actually tried it in water yet but doesn’t taste too strong when dry scooped either. Gets me buzzing

Does what it says on the tin.Can take at 6-7pm go for a workout, in bed by 10 still hyper (much to the pleasure of my Mrs)and still manage to fall asleep and stay asleep. I like this a lot
