I vomit after minutes of taking it, or gives me a very strong nausea. Do I have to take it after a meal? I take it on an empty stomachs, or i have some toast with some milk. I am wondering if anyone has or experienced this issue, and how to avoid?

My product arrived on time . I choose kiwi lime flavour delicious taste . Tried applied nutrition shred X the following day . Xplosive nrg through my work out and also helped me through my shift . Would recommend this flavour to anyone . Will update later how I get on ????????28.05.23… update ~~~ after using this product when finished my work out and relaxing .. body sweats . Not sure if this is the burn or what !!!

I took a full scoop when I should have taken 1/3 or less, I felt very bad, almost fainted in the gym: felt nausea, my hands was shaking, high blood pressure, sweating a lot… However, I can see the difference in my body after a few weeks.

Ok, so I love a caffeine hit be it a pre-workout, energy drink or a fat burner like this.
I usually have the ripper , but this was available quicker and cheaper when I needed to reorder, so gave it a try . Flavour is good – strawberry kiwi,
But I’ll be honest , this is the most potent stuff I’ve ever had , I’ve naturally built up a tolerance to caffeine and stims so it takes a lot for me to feel side effects ,
I’ve had to take less than one scoop as otherwise I’m sat there sweating constantly with this, constantly wiping my forehead/ brow . It can’t be the caffeine as it’s only 200mg per scoop, so whatever else is in there is doing a good job.
So I don’t think this will suit a lot of people, would suggest try half a scoop to start .
I’ve give it 5 stars because it absolutely blows my head off. Serious stuff .
Reminds of a pre workout I used to take called Hemo Rage, ended up being banned / altered etc .

This product is different from their all black pre workout which I’ve used for years and is excellent for the price. Came across there thermogenesis pre workout and thought I would give it a try!! Taste is OK! Didn’t get the same buzz as with the other pre workouts, but I found that I could lift heavier for longer to the point my legs were shaking!! Now for the Thermo bit well it works never have I sweated so much during and up to 2 hours after my training! I felt like i was burning uo from the inside and had to have 2 showers just to help cool down. I can only assume its what the change will feel like in a couple if years time! Overall a good product and does as it says! Will definitely buy again

Good pre workout gives nice energy and focus, definately makes you sweat not sure if that is making me shred fat but it helps the workout motivation. Probably the best applied nutrition pre workout, not a fan of of their 3g line and the ABE is good but not as good as this
