Just finished these and not sure I noticed any difference. No issues with the product. Easy capsules to swallow.

Took one the afternoon I received them and went out for a cycle along local country lanes in the sun for a few hours and what a beautiful day. .
I found a little winding farm lane I had never cycled before and got right into proper no traffic countryside and stopped at this little bridge over a stream in a small valley and could really feel this supplement working along with sun & the absolutely beautiful relaxing spot with Orchards brimming with apple blossom and dandelions carpeting underneath by the millions, I’ve never seen so many ever before. What a sight.
I was smiling after that all the way home and do think this supplement did contribute nicely to that enjoyment but I did find it quite strong (I have some milder Ashwaganda I normally use) so I think it’s going to be more one for the evening chill. I actually did find it similar to if I take one of my L-Theanine and a Rhodiola but with this it’s all in one capsule.
I see from the other reviews that it is very popular and I can see why so I’ll give it the full 5 as it’s a good dollop of Ashwaganda and some other useful stuff thrown in and definitely seems good for a chillax and if I was imagining all that country stuff then WOW it’s really amazing lol. Just kidding, the country stuff was real and I’m already planning to go there again but hopefully using this supplement meantime will bring back the great feeling I had that day.
I think I will also continue to try some of the more budget milder stuff like thee 365 bottles or 180/120 packet you can get for around the same price but this one from Geeks is a bit of a treat.

I think they are doing something. I seem to be sleeping better but it’s hard to tell if it’s these tablets or the magnesium I have been taking too.
Will continue taking them for a while longer. When I take a break I will see if my sleep is disturbed again and will update my review.

Been taking these for a few weeks. Definitely helps with calming the mind, ready for sleep. And the best sleep I’ve had in a while (though still not amazing).

Seems to be making a difference,it won’t make you stoned or sleepy etc.It takes the edge off stress and when my mrs is giving me a terrade of a tongue lashing my heart dosnt skip a beat now lol.I know this as I have a smart watch on and can see it dosnt move hehehe.It won’t solve your problems but it might take the edge of any stress or anxiety you might have.I take one in the morning and one at night,I experienced a positive effect straight away but like everything you have to be consistent with taking it.I feel so much calmer,when I’m on my bed watching TV and the dog jumps up and throws every single toy at my face he can find as he wants to play I feel as though I don’t mind so much.Ive tried giving some to calm my mrs down but she’s got the menopause to deal with so they don’t work for her.
