Excellent value for money, and has reduced my hypertension from 140/80 to an average of 116/74. The capsule-shaped tablets are rather large but are smooth and I had no difficulty in swallowing them. I suppose anyone who had issues with the size could crush them first – I don’t know if that would affect the performance of them, though.
Very happy with the tablets, and will continue to take them.

My BP was steady around the 135/90 level before starting these. I’ve been on a diet for 6 months or so and cut down on alcohol and salt etc, but my BP hadn’t altered much.
Been on these for 3 weeks, BP been falling steadily. My 3 (home) readings today 116/82 : 123/76 : 117:79 so really pleased.

Fast and efficient service. Two days in I’m really struggling to swallow these tablets as they are huge. Snapped in half is still difficult and they just start to dissolve and leave an unpleasant taste. I have taken a few supplements over the years and never had this experience.
