Astonishing product, completely stopped any cravings and reduced appetite. Allowed me to continue with my diet, making it much more easier. As per alcohol I’m not sure how it works as due to my diet I’m not drinking anyway. But I must say, because it stops any cravings I had no desire to drink alcohol either. Purchasing another one!
