The positives are – the price and high calcium and vitamin D content
Unfortunately, the big negative is that as soon the tablet is put in your mouth it starts to immediately dissolve. You quickly then have a dense calcium paste on your tongue which can be difficult to swallow.
Just make sure you have a big glass of water at hand to swig.
