As I’m type two diabetic and have been using metformin for some years now I was concerned about my muscle loss and tiredness associated using metformin. I decided to try cinnamon along with chromium petiolate to lower my blood sugar and I now have low blood sugars better than metformin. As cinnamon and chromium petiolate are a more natural alternative and I now feel less tired with more energy I can Highley recommend this item. Note: this works well for me and is just my opinion.

I bought this product thinking is was great aid for my diabities. After receving the product I found out that this product uses cassia bark cinnamon and not the ceylon variety.
