Good value for money compared with the smaller packs.

These are a bit more expensive than some of the other peppermint capsules out there but I feel they are worth it. They come in a hard coated capsule but are easy to swallow and really do help with the ibs pains.

Like many others, discovering I had IBS was a revelation. I had been modifying my diet in the wrong direction, thinking that I wasn’t eating healthily enough, and that must be causing the bloating and pain. Learning about IBS and FODMAPs, I was able to adjust my diet appropriately and reduce my pain by at least 80%. However, I don’t completely ignore the foods I should – one’s gotta live, right? So now and then I am in need of some IBS relief. These capsules are surprisingly effective. I fully recommend them to anyone with IBS.
