Unusually as a male who suffers with lower UTI issues – these are my go to cranberry capsules. Acute infections need more than the daily dose (so be wary) but for me they do the job fairly quickly on those occasions. In preventative mode I’ll take one with last drink before bed so it can work overnight.

For years I suffered UTIs on almost on a monthly basis and eventually lead to hospitalisation due to pyelonephritis. After years of suffering I read that cranberry extract can prevent bacteria sticking and causing UTIs so I gave it ago and how glad I was! Been taking cranberry extract for 3 years now and the UTIs have stayed at bay, wouldn’t go a day without it!

These are great it says take two a day but after 2 weeks I cut down to 1 a day and still doing the cure I got them for

Easy to swallow, haven’t noticed any flavour, but they are slightly smaller than my other ones, not noticed any difference in myself yet
