Bought these to support my half-marathon training, in lieu of splashing out on bottles of Lucozade each week. It’s nowhere near as tasty as bottled isotonic drinks, but I purchased it to do a job so found that easy to accept. I’d describe it more like weak squash (diluted juice for those not from the UK).
The product definitely works though, as one tablet allowed me to carry on about my day following a long morning run, without feeling fatigued. With this, I also found my muscles recovered quicker, too. When at the peak of my training, running for one-and-a-half hours – and longer – I would have one prior and one afterwards (I don’t run with a drink), which would still leave me feeling fine enough to crack on with whatever needed doing.

These are rweally simple to use and are zero calories for anyone concerned about that. Just drop one tablet into your water and you’re good to go…the product recommends you don’t have more than 2 per day.
