The device charges easily via usb. I’ve used it five times still on the first charge. However, it has been totally unsuccessful at removing any wax at all. Great for washing your ears but not much use for wax removal.

Following weeks of not being able to get an appointment and going on holiday totally deaf I used this on my return. I needed to run three times but totally cleared all the wax. Easy to use and no mess. Well worth the money and has already paid for itself as appointments now cost in excess of £50

Attractive piece of kit which handles well and is effective. I was a little put off by the price.

Having read the instructions my advice would be to apply olive oil into ear/ears and use soft ear plugs to retain olive oil.
Repeat for 3-4 days or nights.
Then use machine as instructed.
If not totally satisfied repeat olive oil process and use machine again.
The secret is loosening the wax with olive oil or similar product first.

I am 43 now and always seemed to have waxy ears no matter how much I cleaned them, I used ear buds and couldn’t hear properly and lost my balance at times so saw this, came next day and used that night what an instant relief, and I could actually hear better than I have in a long long time, I should have bought this alot earlier alot of wax came out after first use which falls back into either the funnel or water reservoir. There are 4 settings soft, normal, pulse and strong it does take alittle getting used to and normal is sufficient for me and comfortable, just tilt your head to the side and it does all the work with no mess. I used it once every fortnight now and feel great, not sure if it’s a coincidence but I suffer from headaches and have had alot less since using this. I have used it 4 times so 8 ears and it’s still charged up and you get a few ear tips so a couple of people could use and have their own ear piece. Seriously get one.

I purchased this electric ear irrigation cleaner because the ear wax in my ears was stuck and causing me so much pain especially at night and once I used the electric irrigation ear cleaner, I was so relieved as it got out all the gunk of ages I didn’t even know I had. It was easy to use and definitely not messy. So if you’re thinking of buying it don’t hesitate as it does what it says!
