I brought this after I got Pneumonia and I was on a lot of medications. Taste is surprising good, use in a tall glass with a battery powered milk frother for ultimate blending. Brought the Chocolate flavor, great for a boost but I stopped using it due to high sugar content.

My son had been ill and unable to eat due to mouth ulcers. He is fussy but really liked the flavour. Had 2 shakes a day but the tin only lasted 3 days so is quite costly.
Blended very easily.

I was extremely ill and unable to eat for a very long time. I came across this and thought I would try it. It literally was a life saver, it’s filling, flavoursome, mixes well with my lactose free milk and it’s packed with countless minerals and vitamins to get you back on your feet. I mentioned this product to my mum whose a health care assistant and she said that this was really good and they give it to patients who come out of hospital to help build them up. I literally felt the difference in my body when I started taking this. I’m about to have surgery and will b unable to eat for a while so I’ve stocked up on these in chocolate and vanilla. I’ve tried the chocolate and it’s lovely and rich but not sickly. Haven’t yet tried the vanilla

This is great stuff, it really is. It’s delicious tasting, blends to a smooth shake, is satisfying as a meal replacement, and seems to contain a valuable amount of quality calories. It’s great as long as it lasts but at £15 a tub it’s unsustainable for long – at least for me – as a means to supplement my diet as I recover. I finished the tub in just over a day. As an occasional meal replacement it’s fine, and it really is a delicious shake, but it’s just a wee bit dear for the likes of me.

I use this when I am not feeling up to eating a meal. I make it using half milk and half water as I found if you use all milk it is VERY thick. It does the job and fills me up, also I know that I am getting all of the vitamins and minerals that I need instead of just drinking a glass of milk and eating a biscuit (what I used to do before buying this). I am Lactose intolerant and can have this because there is only milk protein in it. I am able to eat hard cheeses and butter so maybe use with caution if you have a severe intolerance. I choose to have this over any other type of meal replacement because it DOES NOT CONTAIN SWEETENERS!!! Which is nigh on impossible to find. I cannot tolerate sweeteners at all. To me it tastes really nice and I actually enjoy it despite not having much of an appetite. I’ll be buying again – might try the vanilla next time.
