I have been a heavy drinker for many years. I have had a health warning and have subsequently given up alcohol. I bought a course of anti craving assist I have not had or desired an alcoholic drink sinc,(one month) just ordered more tablets.,

I am afraid after taking the entire bottle of tablets, I didn’t feel a single benefit. It would be nice to believe a simple pill would help me recover from alcohol addiction – but the truth of the matter is, I could drink several pints after having a whole day dosage. They simply made no difference at all.

Having been a moderate drinker for some time, I made the decision to quit in 2021. You need to take two tablets twice a day to start with and the bottle last about a fortnight. I have now been alcohol free for ten days, and they really do work. No adverse side effects. I have just ordered my second bottle. Whilst they are not cheap, they are less than I was spending on drink and I am loosing weight too. So all in all, I am happy to recommend this product.

Got these to help with depression from quitting smoking. Actually quit for 7 weeks but found myself spiralling into a deep depression which was getting worse. Not wanting to start again as I usually do I done some research into supplements and found these which contain all of the ingredients I was looking for. Didn’t notice much on the first day but on the second day my depression was gone and I have more energy, think they have helped to balance out my brain chemistry only wish I tried them 7 weeks ago save me a lot of misery

Seems to work, although it’s early days yet. This is to help a relative so this review is from his carer. Tablets are small and seem easy to swallow. They will be good value for money if they stop his cravings.

They definitely help (100%) but like everything you have to be in the right frame of mind no magic wands.

Purchased to help reduce drinking. I’d say it helped a little the first few days but can’t say if that was a placebo. Can’t say it helped massively. One thing it appeared to do however is reduce my appetite. I have bursts of using this (after using steadily for 3-4 weeks) and every time I take it, my appetite is reduced.
