I am disappointed with this product. After a few days of using these pills, I had to stop taking them, because I developed abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea, muscle aches and weakness. After I stopped talking them, everything passed. Personally, I do not recommend it.

Bought these to help with under active thyroid and they have definitely helped had to take for a while to get results but am no longer so sleepy

So I’ve taken it for the last two months, and I only have taken two in the morning as I want to go up to 4 in the day gradually, but I can guarantee this has helped so much with my work and focus. I have fibromyalgia and ADHD and also brain fog, so this has helped so much in the sense that I can actually get a report done at work without crying.
It might not be a lot to some people, but to be able to sit down for a few hours and not feel inconveniencing everyone around you because you can’t focus. This is a game changer and I have set up a monthly
Subscription.
It’s helped me so much with a focus not with any thing to do with pain but on the emphasis on focus; it has helped.

My husband has been told he has adhd but as its the uk nhs wont do a thing so going on a google quest i came across these tablets in which are ment to help with the busy mind a frantic thinking. My husband said “i will never miss one of these tablets ever for the rest of my life” the difference they have made to his day to day life is unreal his moods his processing etc are amazing. Now i know not everything will work for everybody so this is on my husbands personal experience but if your looking give it a go.

I’ve suffered from ADHD most of my life and trying to avoid medication. I have spent a ton of cash on supplements that promise to help with focus, with no results. These, however, are like rocket fuel for my brain. I feel far more focussed. I also have lots more energy; that might be down to the multivitamins that I also take, but they seem to complement this supplement. I may be a customer for life.

Bought this from Amazon and tried it for over a month. No noticeable difference in focus. Maybe it’s just me but I won’t be buying it again.
