Let me start by explaining why I did this. For years I’ve had migraines, headaches, vomiting, dizziness, nausea and swelling tingling in my face and body. I couldn’t sleep for the dizziness and nausea, so sometimes I’m awake for days at a time. I’ve been to the migraine specialist who then diagnosed “chronic migraines”. For this to be happening everyday just wasn’t ok. I couldn’t even get up some days for being sick when I moved. I got migraine pills, antidepressants because I’m just “anxious”. I’m 30 soon and I’ve wasted most of my 20’s being sick. I stopped all those pills, they did nothing. So I thought I’d give this a go since I’m a little embarrassed to go back to the GP for another “it’s just your anxeity” and “some people just have migraines like this”. My results are very clear and even some tips on how to reintroduce those intolerances back into your diet, it’s finally given me something to work on.
I’ll edit in a week or so to update if anyone is interested.
I would honestly recommend this to everyone (results in about a week), the money is worth spending if you feel like crap constantly.

Edit: It’s been almost 2 months and apart from my own stupid mistakes a couple of times, I feel soooooo much better. I haven’t been sick at all. No nausea, my migraines are at a human level (maybe one since the results). So! I can finally do life and not torture everyone around me anymore. I regret not doing this sooner but I’m honestly so happy with finally having something to work on that’s going somewhere and feeling great.

I found the service extremely efficient. Instructions were clear and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was emailed the results. I have not had much joy with general practitioners or specialists so decided to do my own research to get to the bottom of the constant nausea and fatigue I had suffered for several years. My results were 22 different food intolerance’s and some days I was eating 7 or 8 of them. Within a few days of removing all of the foods from my diet I felt remarkably better. I recently tried adding 2 of the foods back in and felt awful for 3 days. Eggs and Cheese were the foods but I made an omelette and used far too much of both so lesson learned !!. This whole process gets you into a habit of looking at food labels properly and its been a real eye opener for me. Ready meals ditched and meals cooked from scratch mostly. So thankfully I am feeling like I am getting somewhere with it all and that would not have been possible without this test. So in summary, worth the expense and if you have your own medical mystery on your hands, you have nothing to lose (except money but I don’t care too much for money, money cant buy me love !!). 🙂

Purchased this after endless arguments with the doctors and my son been ill constantly.Constantly been told he had ashsma when I knew he wasn’t, constant coughing, sneezing, croup every yr, chest infections, thoart infections you name it he had it so I payed for it myself.. never did I expect 3pages of food intolerance & when I have research his highest intolerance it has lead my to ‘histamine intolerance’, armed now with this information am guna ram it in the doctors face..I would tell any parent who’s child is constantly ill & told the have ashsma get the test done because behind every cough or skin rash ect there is a bigger problem…. SAVE your self a lot of money and test for dairy or celiac test my son has a dairy allergy so is now been tested for celiac. If you have concerns over your childs eczema, rashes, behaviour put them on a gluten free diet & see how you get on with in 3days my son was a different child. this test in the end solved nothing I still had to by other test to find the answers a lot of children are allergic to dairy & it turned out so am I after doing a test for myself…… sorry to waffle on but this test is a waste of money in the long run as I have found out dairy test all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rarely leave a bad review but I bought this as it had mixed reviews and I thought it would be worth a go to make me feel better. I’ve been intolerant to lots of dairy products for years now and knew this before ordering this test however thought it would be interesting to test if results would show and in the end none of these products flagged up in my results. My intolerance is that bad that when I drink milk I’m immediately sick and this did not pick up on this at all. All signs lead me to being lactose intolerant and this test did not pick any dairy products up whatsoever and therefore I think it’s evident that it’s not value for money and is not accurate at all. It was an easy test to use, and results did come quick but I do not think it’s accurate at all for me anyway. Would not recommend to purchase at all!

The product arrived promptly and the instructions were clear. I sent back my sample and I received the results by email about 8 or 9 days after posting them, so as far as service goes they were very good.
I was surprised by my results and have started following their suggestions. It’s a bit early to say how accurate the results were, but so far, by following their suggestions I’ve not had any upset tummies like I used to get so it looks promising. The only thing that confused me slightly was that one of the items I’m intolerant to is pepper. I wasn’t sure how to interpret that so took it to be black, white and cayenne pepper but not chilli pepper or red/green peppers. Perhaps a little more details would have been helpful. All my other intolerances were more obvious and clear.

We can’t comment on the accuracy as we are still awaiting the results back. If and when we get the results, I may amend my ratings.

We did get the results, rather longer timescale than we were expecting. However, the results were surprisingly comprehensive, and gave us some ideas of where the problems are. As a result, I have amended my rating from 1* to 4*.
