I’ve have had Serve acne all through my twenties tried everything including diets I drink a lot of water on a daily basic nothing nothing worked I’ve decided to use this product and I have seen dramatic improvements even within a few days along with a salicylic acid and salfate soap and that’s just a topical treatment so imagine when I start taking vitamin A or zinc capsules aswell ! Honestly this is working for me sorry it’s not working for everyone on here who says it isn’t my skin is less bumpy to the touch I’m begging to feel confident! I just need it to come in larger affordable sizes ,I am not a paid reviewer or anything of the sort just a genuine review

This is the only product that has kept my spots away. I had really bad spots when I was younger.

As a teenager in their late teens, i have been trying to combat my spots for a while. Nothing has worked so far and i have tried many brands such as clearasil (ultra, night and blemishes creams) and freederm (face wash) as well as cream prescribed by a doctor and funnily enough the only one that has actually reduced the appearance of my spots is boots own brand spot cream.

Anyway i saw this on sale to good reviews, so i thought i’d give it a shot. It definitely reduces the spots and reduces visibility as well. Easy too use just dry your face and apply by massaging the cream into your skin. I tend to apply the cream twice a day and results started to show after a few days as some of the big spots were tiny and barely visible.
There are some downsides, one is the full price and the quantity you get is very small. Secondly many users report dry and flaky skin, i’ve experienced this only a few times but it wasn’t too much of a hassle as it wasn’t very noticeable
