I take pine bark because I find it reduces the degree and incidences of louder episodes of tinnitus.
I find this product to be reasonably priced and convenient.

I’ve tried taking this a few times, weeks apart, and each time I take it I wake in the middle of the night feeling sick and covered in sweat. This doesn’t seem to be an expected side effect of the active ingredient so I wonder if it is the fillers.

Not sure what I was supposed to experience from using this product. Miniature little dry brown pellets which can get stuck without a gulp of water or juice.
