Bought for family member and appear to have helped him but i didn’t realise u need 3 tablets in morning and 3 at night so it a very expensive way of having this product. Bought the drinks when the tablets ran out as much more cost efficient

Took these on holiday as they were easier to use than the sachets.
Worked well but are more expensive than the sachets.
Would use again for holidays.

You definitely don’t need 6 tablets a day. I had 2 and lots of water (because fibre is never going to work without enough water) and is like wonders. I also like the chewing texture and flavor ^^

Not sure what to expect of these only just started taking them, they taste a bit chalky
