I’m 81 & getting forgetful, this product helps memory, helps with focus

I was looking to dip a toe into nootropics just to see if it would actually have any effect. I have recently been struggling to concentrate as work with a lot going on, as we all have, big things, small things and everything in-between. I don’t really know if this the effect is a placebo effect but I really do feel different after taking these. Concentration is up, time seems to go quicker and I don’t believe I have been typing Amazon reviews for an hour when I should be working (it def effect elongates my working time concentration also). The other effect is that where I may have in the past been stumbling over words when talking in meetings I feel a little sharper, “umming” and “errrrring” less.
they are Vegan, non-GMO – and gluten free, which is important for some so that’s good. I also prefer my caffeine in espresso based form, so glad to have found this is caffeine free.
the packaging is reasonable in terms of size and build and is recyclable
It has had no detrimental effect for me and at worst it has a bunch of vitamins and extracts that are reportedly beneficial for the body.

Talking to the company and I have been offered a full refund as a good will gesture.
Also,
Recommended they upgrade their packaging and information regarding the product and the Recommended dosage “how to take the product” because there is limited information.
