Easy to swallow, not sure if it did anything

I’ve been struggling with anaemia my whole life and wanted to order iron tablet’s because I had no time to go to my doctor and get my prescription let alone it’s hard to get in contact with my GP. I ordered these and realised they had black spots. I didn’t think anything at first, I just thought it was because It’s mixed with other vitamins ( very stupid I know). For months, I was taking these ( not consistently tbh) and every time I would take one I would feel unwell after. I couldn’t remember where I got the tablets from so I searched my email and saw that I bought it from amazon. Looking at the reviews, made my stomach turn because now I’ve realised that my product has a fault.

No longer taking daily, as too much heme iron / ferritin is actually dangerous. But I got my levels back to a healthy range within a few weeks of one daily tablet, after showing levels below the normal range. Now just sticking to more carefully-considered dietary approaches for the most part. In short, these seem to be effective. 🙂

Flavour is fine they are easy to swallow and 17mg some iron tablets are 14mg so that extra helps if your anemic which I am price is fine.
