Trust me when I say this is the best tasting BCCA powder ever made. I have tried many and they all taste bad in one way or another.

When I first ordered this product the wrong item was inside, I think it was protein but when I contacted amazon they sent out another and the green apple bcaa was in! It’s a good product but after too many night out and shots of apple sourz I could not take this supplement without gagging! The taste is almost the same! If you haven’t tried apple sourz before it will be great for you!

First time I tried it as an in gym drink and I would recommend it without hesitation.
Mixes easy and great green apple flavour.
Refreshing too. No artificial aftertaste.

The scientific claims on prevention of muscle breakdown and the origin claims on source of the BCAAs are impossible to test for the average person like me, but it mixes well and tastes great so recommended on those grounds. Could be a little cheaper, ideally, but still cheaper per gram than alternative brands such as Optimum Nutrition (since they come in smaller tubs).
Strawberry Mango flavour is OK, but Green Apple and Tropical flavours are the real deal – marvellous.

My Name is Alexander and I’m a men’s physique athlete and bodybuilder. I don’t usually buy BCAAs primarily because there isn’t much use for them. BUT, when it comes to throwing a powder in water and having a great tasting low calorie drink while I’m training is always a great thing to have. Straight off the bat what I love about grenade is they don’t lie, alot of companies out 0 KALORIES on there products which is simply untrue considering BCAAs are proteins, this means protein like the protein in your diet which as your aware have calories. Each gram of protein is equal to 4kalories so remember that when your buying a product that says 0KALORIES. What is the benefit of the product may you ask? Well not much as you can simply get proteins from a shake or even better really food like chicken or beef as examples.
Honestly BCAAs at best are a great tasting drink and that’s really about it. Think about that when your buying these kinds of products. I just like the taste.

I originally loved apple taste but its playing havoc on my appetite which I put down to the over sweet option many companies are now taking by putting the cheapest sweetener I. E sucralose. Its just too sweet and whenever I try using it I can’t keep my food down
