Love this water flosser, so easy to use once you’ve mastered it, can use it now without spraying the mirror, tiles and ceiling! Very powerful, long battery charge and gets in all the places your toothbrush can’t. It also doubles up as a water pistol, great fun at bedtime to shoot the husband, we’ve had many a laugh at bedtime to see who can get to it first!!

I have had one before so I know if you are not careful it can make a terrible mess!!!!
I was quite surprised how good it was for the money .
The only thing is the clip where you put the water seemed a bit flimsy!!
But we will see overall I am pleased with it .

This is a great product the flosser deep cleans my teeth and gums which feel healthy. I bought this to improve my gums and healthy teeth .This is important to me.The water capacity on this product is large and I didn’t require to refill. My only negatives are the hole to refill is small and the the rubber cover over the recharge point appears soft when pulled .

I awarded a 5 star review in the early days after purchase. I was initially wholly impressed by this product. Unfortunately, my flosser failed after less than 12 weeks of use: the battery refused to re-charge, so the product became totally useless. However, I have nothing but praise for Hangsun Customer Support. They dispatched a replacement Flosser within days of contacting them. Thank you Hangsun. I remain impressed and my 5 star review also remains

Great value and mostly well designed product. I bought and used a more expensive big brand water flosser, previously. I have to admit, that this product is cleverly designed, and tables many of the problems of the device I had previously. My device needed plugging into the mains. That’s not ready for most people in a bathroom, for good reasons. This unit is USB rechargeable – one of the biggest problems solved. Another issue I had before, was that the unit is a bit cumbersome, and has a tank with pump that requires to be placed on a flat surface, and a coiled tube like an old fashioned telephone cable, went to the tool that you use in your mouth. It worked ok and means the tool is light weight, bit this device is simpler and requires less space, because it’s all combined into the one unit that can been held in one hand. It’s slightly more cumbersome than my previous unit, but the simplicity and convenience of small to zero footprint, is a worthwhile sacrifice.
The only real criticisms I can make, are that the more expensive and professional unit, had a variety of 6 or 7 different tools, and this unit comes with about 5-6 of the same, most commonly used tool, in different colours (well, coloured band). Honestly; I suspect this is the most useful tool, and it’s probably what most people will need and make use of, so not really a mark lost for most users.
The only other thing I can criticise, is minor. The USB charging port has a water resistant stopper that one has to remove for charging, and replace again before use. It would be nice if the thing had a little pull-out anchor link, so that one doesn’t forget and misplace it somewhere. It’s only ever removed for charging, so it would not be getting in the way really, and of course there is a matter of production costs, but I don’t think this would really affect that. Other than that very minor night, it’s an excellent product that I think would suit most people looking for a water flosser, at a good quality/value Vs price point.
I’ve had mine about 3 months now, with nearly twice daily regular use, and it hasn’t even needed another recharge, but the thing seems to still be working well. I can see a possibility that the water fill stopper seal, may get worn out at some point, and so I would have liked a spare silicone o-ring seal for that, but apart from that, I can’t really see any other good reason to not get this. ????

Never had one of these before but it works. I’m only using it on the ‘soft’ setting which seems strong enough and the normal mode is really powerful. We’ve had it for a few days (it comes with four heads so several members of your family can have their own colour-coded head so you don’t have to share). Easy to fill up. It works. It really does get stuff out of your teeth and is much easier than using string floss.

I didn’t expect much from this relatively cheap water pik, but it really is great. I’ve had it for over a year now and it helps a lot with plague control – my dentist says that it couldn’t be better. I started from the “mild” setting, after initial gum bleeding for a couple days due to gingivitis everything cleared up and now I use the “normal” – no bleeding whatsoever. The battery lasts so long that I can’t even remember, when was the last time I’ve charged it. It stays clean, no limescale buildup etc that would impair functionality. Overall: I love it and would 100% buy again if something happened to this one.

I was a little skeptical about using one of these, like most people in the reviews. I thought my dentist has already complained about my dismal flossing techniques, so why not give this a try.
I have to say, at first use, I was a little taken aback by just how much water comes through, meaning you definitely have to be over the sink and angling it so that it doesn’t end up flooding your bathroom. Exaggeration aside, it can get a little messy so keep a towel handy.
The way it works is pretty effective though, as the nozzle spurts water in between your teeth quite easily and you’ll be surprised by the things that come out – even if you’ve brushed your teeth.
I’d recommend using one of these if you want a slim chance to be waterboarded, but more accurately, if you just want to floss without the hassle. Once you get the angles right, it’s plain sailing.
