Had to switch to switch to these after the Solgar B2 100mg we’re continuously out of stock on amazon despite having taken those for months. I did try another brand before switching to these but they sadly didn’t work for me, so not all B2 is the same it seems, so I had to start getting these. They are easy to swallow as they are flat oval shape, as I have swallowing issues, my only issue is that they don’t come in more than 60 tablets per bottle. I take 400mg a day for my migraines so it works out more expensive. I’ll continue to take them though as they really do help my migraines until Solgar B2 are back in stock.

Works amazing for migraines but this is really expensive. Can buy for just over £5 a bottle elsewhere.

It might just be my stomach or maybe I’m getting enough B2 from elsewhere. But these made me feel nauseous even when taken immediately after a meal.

Bizarrely, it also made my urine luminous yellow!

Fast delivery and well packaged product.

I used to really like this product but the last few orders it doesn’t seem to work as well. Previously the urine would eventually turn bright yellow, which signals that your body has absorbed enough B2 and the excess then gets released in the urine. The body can only absorb a small amount of B2 at a time so it’s best to take it several times per day. This time release version seemed to work in the past so it was worth the price. Also the previous version the tablets were easy to snap into quarters and I could easily take throughout the day. The current version no longer snaps up easily which is another indication that the formulae has changed. I now need scissors to cut them apart. Shame, it was previously a nice product albeit expensive. I’ll revert back ti the cheaper non time release versions

As a regular migraine sufferer I was skeptical about something so simple preventing migraines. How could a vitamin stop the broken glass covered rusty drill that pierces my right eye on regular occasions? Pain so bad I’ve lay on the bathroom floor shaking uncontrollably, crying for anything to end the pain behind my eye. I’ve actually thought I was having a brain haemorrhage, it’s been so bad. Nothing short of lying perfectly still in a pitch black room with a towel over my face (for the horrid cold sweats) for a day helps.
If you’ve had migraines, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
Surprisingly, after a couple of months of taking one daily my attacks decreased significantly, from one a week to one in eight weeks. Now, a year on, I still only have a migraine once every seven/eight weeks or so. When I do have one, I no longer vomit or have the accompanying day long nausea.
My GP was impressed and has stopped my preventative prescription medication – I only take sumatriptan to treat it once started. Now I get these on subscribe and save, for much cheapness. Less than a fiver for a two month supply of pain free joy? No question.
So if, like me, you suffer from the waking horror that is migraine, try these.

Read about these to help with severe migraine relief. I’ve suffered the most debilitating migraines all my life & tried various herbal/non herbal medication.
I’ve now been on these tablets for only two weeks & have seen a major reduction in my attacks. From daily to one every two weeks (amazing for me). So I must advise other sufferers to at least give these a try. Not all herbal supplements work for certain people – but when you’re a sufferer you’ll try anything once. Please give these a go – hopefully they’ll help others as they’ve helped me. Highly recommended.

Take 3 tabs daily for chronic migraines. Obviously they’re not a magic cure, but I certainly notice the difference when I forget to take them. Would definitely recommend!
