Arrived on time, very well packaged and as described. Certainly helps my hair, scalp and nails. I do believe we need to take zinc. Our bodies need zinc to aid general overall health. We do not necessarily receive this within our food intake. I take 1 at night time.

We started to take zinc in the pandemic as it was recommended for your immune system. Also recommended for your eyesight we have carried on taking zinc as we are sure we have felt the benefit of taking it, especially my husband eyesight has improved from macular degenerate.

The tablets are very small, makes you wonder how others make theirs so big. However, be careful since 50mg of zinc is too much, substantially more than the recommended dose of 11mg for adults. I recommend taking one pill a day, otherwise you risk depriving your body of copper due to excess zinc. That can severely affect your health.
