Didn’t realise when I bought them the supp/vit amounts would be so low, so for the money not great. And you would need a lot of them each day if fasting. Taste fine though.

Soooo I’m currently doing a 24/25 day water fast and obviously you need some electrolytes!!!
I already bought 2 packs of the orange(with echinacea) flavour and 2 packs each of blackcurrant and tropical, I OPENED the blackcurrant pack and it smells like heaven. I’ve put two tablets in about 700ml bottle of water and put it back in the freezer waitinggg for it to dissolve, lord knows I’ll finished these 60 tablets ASAP and cop some more

A friend of mine recommend these to me as a good hangover cure and for a wake up feeling. I can’t say i felt better with a hangover and when not hungover they made me feel lethargic and gave me a mild headache.

I had used SIS for years which do the job hydration wise, but always found their flavours a bit weak or non-existent, they can also dissolve down and leave a residue – High5 don’t do that, they taste great and are very effective. Highly recommended.
