Well since taking these I had the shivers and shakes one evening and thought I was coming down with the flu or something, but the next morning…nothing. I also had a tooth abscess one weekend which disappeared before I could even get to see a dentist. I put both incidents speedy recoveries down to these babies.

I have been using this product for a while now, what I like about it is there’s 15 active ingredients and I had heard of most of them before! This product is suitable for vegans which is an added bonus. When taking them I found them easy to shallow and there was not a funny taste which you can get with other products like this. I have been using this daily to incorporate them into my morning routine has been good as I want to get the benefits from them. Overall, really good product.

As a pensioner with medical conditions that cause the immune system to be compromised I have found these very helpful. Since taking them I feel less tired they also seem to be helping with my immune system, I will continue to take these over the winter and update in spring but so far very happy with results.
