If your low on iron then look no further as these gummies are a perfect choice and they have a nice taste. You do get a iron after taste after awhile but that’s normal. I drink orange juice and l take a vitamin c chewable tablet with this too and definitely a lot easier to absorb too. ????

These were fantastic in every way apart from the fact they caused MAJOR bloating and discomfort.
I believe it’s a common issue with iron supplements in general for a lot of people, but I switched to these vs the pills prescribed by my gp as I had hoped they’d be kinder on my digestive system – they weren’t.
Shame really as they are so easy to take, taste great (no metallic taste or weird flavour)
Worth a try but for such a big bottle, it does seem wasteful if they then don’t work out for you either.

Chewable Iron tablets are so hard to find! I suck at swallow tablets so these are quick and easy to take and the flavour is really nice! The cute bear shapes are an added bonus. I’m anemic and have been taking two every morning for the past couple of months and I feel less tired and my body temperature has improved. Definitely recommend!

Its early days yet, but I’ve been taking these gummies for about a week and I haven’t noticed the things that I usually notice when taking iron supplements. Usually, (excuse the tmi) my poop is much darker in colour when taking iron, but not with these. In fact I’m pooping less. Not sure if there’s a correlation. With that in mind, does this mean that my body isn’t absorbing the iron? Or do I need to take it with something else to maximise absorption? Because I usually take it with some orange juice or vitamin c liquid supplement.
Aside from that, I see other comments saying that it tastes like blood or metallic. I honestly haven’t noticed. I think the peach flavour is quite nice! I only noticed the metallic aftertaste once, when a bit of the gummie residue got stuck in my back teeth. The simple solution is to eat something to dislodge or brush your teeth afterwards.
I’ll update if I notice anything else.
