I’ve been taking these supplements for over a month now – I’ve got lots of energy and and the capsules are fairly easy to swallow. Take one capsule a day and just make sure you take it with a meal (as recommended in the ‘directions for use’ on the packet). I’ve taken them on an empty stomach several times before and they made me feel sick about 30 mins after swallowing the capsule.

I have IBS so am always a bit reticent about trying new products, but when a blood test come back hinting at anemia I decided to try these. They are fantastic, didnt irritate or inflame the IBS and have done the job.

I bought these to raise my blood levels in order to give blood. My levels were raised, however I cannot say I bought them to increase energy etc as I did not buy these for that purpose. Also make sure you eat something after as I found myself with an uncomfortable stomach if I hadn’t eaten after. Only 4 stars due to this!

Like a lot of “Medicines” it is often blind faith that prevails. In this case, the only indication of any change is a change in the colour of my stool!! So I am assuming something is happening. I await any other indications to appear!

I can react very badly to supplements – weird allergies and have to be so careful with capsules.
No adverse reactions, I also use the firm’s multivits and calciums – both tablets and pigs to swallow, this isn’t too bad.
