It helped quite a lot with my sleep but I did have to take a second one after 4 hours. It truly helped with my nightmares

I tried these as a natural aid to help me sleep through the night. I think Valerian root works better for me than Magnesium. They worked abit better than Magnesium tablets, however they did not completely stop me from waking in the night!
