Son said the taste of these are better than the previous magnesium supplements I bought him from Animal Parade Mag Midz which he found too big and the taste too sour. Only just started today so too early to say whether they will help but fingers crossed!

My 4 year old really doesn’t like the flavour so we found that crushing the tablets and then putting the powder in a warm milk helped. We definitely find she is more settled on them, I wouldn’t say she’s out like a light as she still stays up late. However, she’s a lot calmer and more relaxed so I highly reccomend for the price.

My son has been taking these for over a year now. (he is 7 years old)
Every day before breakfast he takes 2. We are certain he has ADHD, and life has been such a struggle up until we started using Magnesium!
Honestly! He’s still the same busy hyper boy as always- BUT he can now focus!!!!!
You could say his name 30 times and get louder each time before he would respond to you. now that he has these magnesiums every morning he has come on leaps and bounds in life!
He struggled every day at school to achieve almost anything. He was loud, disruptive and a bit aggressive. Within about 1-2 weeks of starting them he did a 180 at school! he started joining in in lessons, worked hard on tasks and really started to be able to focus. Dont get me wrong, he didnt start focusing 100% but it was such a massive improvement for him!
if he misses a morning of taking them, you can 100% tell within the first hour of his day! We will be getting fed up and will be shouting at him to do the simplest thing like get his socks on, and he will be all over the place. He’ll forget what we’ve asked him to do in about 30 seconds and be distracted by something that made a noise, movement or something that just caught his eye. without magnesium it is a battle.
I know it’s not for everyone, but for my son with ADHD it is something we cant live without. He calls them his smart pills. He can tell the difference himself(but struggles to realise his behaviour is because he forgot to take them) he some times tells us he feels extra ‘fizzy’ and on those days he might have 3 rather than 2.
I did talk to our GP about this, she said that the only downside to taking slightly too much is that he may have a runny tummy- but this has never happened for him. Do contact your doctor though!

My son has never been able to sleep and it was upsetting him. He has a diagnosis of asd and suffers with anxiety. Our nights were spent with meltdowns, mad half hours where he’d attack his brothers, he couldn’t be in the bedroom alone and then he’d start worrying about me dying! Every night.
I got these out of desperation. He takes two a couple of hours before bed. He’s falling asleep a little earlier each night but even better, he actually feels tired, doesn’t kick off and for the first time in a long time last night he took himself to bed and fell asleep. He’s not fidgeting or waking up in the night. After ten years of being chronically sleep deprived were both like different people! No side effects for him at all and he knows they’re working. I took one and felt sick and tired but they’re working great on him and because he’s sleeping I am.
