I bought this for my father. He is claiming that is have more energy and a cleaner liver. Also, his blood is more thin now so good for those with blood pressure problems. He is taking this for 2 years now.

So I just got back from playing 6 a-side football like I do every Friday night. Tonight however I popped one of these babies an hour before I played and the difference to my energy level was incredible. I was running around like a man possessed. While my cardio condition was already pretty good as I jog 8K 3 times a week I still usually get out of breath when I play football as it involves a lot of sharp bursts of sprinting. When that happens I just go in defense for a few minutes and get my breath back before I’m off again. Tonight however I was pretty much just running up and down the pitch non-stop the whole time. I couldn’t believe what was happening nor could anyone else. I felt like some kind of Marvel superhero. I wasn’t getting out of breath or tired at all. It felt amazing. As someone who has played football every week for the past 5 months without taking L-Arginine, the difference in tonight’s game was drastic. So I can confidently say that this product is the real deal.

These tablets are on the hungry hippo side, fortunately they have no flavour and do slip down eventually!

good price but tablets too big so not comfortable to swallow-breaking in half only adds sharper edges.
For me, at 5ft 7 n 12 1/2 stone, i take them with a large glass of water to ensure they go down cleanly

All other sellers claim to give higher doses but you have to take 2-4 at least. This is the only one where you can take 1000mg in one tablet and unlike those others, isn’t overpriced.

I’ve always been bad at swallowing pills, so obviously when i saw the size i was skeptical. HOWEVER it literally slid down my throat easily think because of the coating, people are overreacting on here i’ve gagged on smaller pills. Trust me just don’t think about it, fill mouth with water and swallow it slides down easy. Just wanted to clear this up because the reviews were possibly putting people like me who have trouble swallowing pills off them.

It’s quality and from a good brand, the effects do feel noticable if you take it daily.
However the pill is freaking huge, I’m a good pill swallower, a weird talent to have, and i struggle with it, only about 50% of the time can i swallow it. Luckily its not very hard so you can just chew it and swallow it. It does taste bad, but not the worst, you can tolerate it, so now i tend to just bite down and quickly swallow the crushed parts with water.

When I read the numerous reviews about how big this tablet is, I thought it wouldn’t be an issue for me as I’m good at taking tablets. I was wrong, this tablet is huge, the surface and shape make it extremely difficult to take. I tried breaking it in half but I still choked on it and I tried quarters, still very difficult. I ended up crushing it and drinking it down, it tastes revolting.
On the plus side it’s vegan and has a good amount of l-arginine in it.
If this company can make the tablets smaller it will be a lot easier to take.
