I love this mask I have half hour me time 3-4 times a week it helps me to unwind it’s seems to be making my skin feel better and someone said how well I looked!! it’s great value for money but I wish the adapter was a bit longer but I’ve sorted extension plug to reach so all good.

I’m skeptical of all of these things but I think I’m having a midlife crisis over my resting b*ch face so thought I’d try it.
It is referred to as my welders mask by the fam, it’s comfortable and easy to use. You can pick which colour to start on by pressing the power button again once it’s turned on.
Comfortable to wear, not heavy. I do get red bits where I do on the bridge of my nose like with glasses but it’s not sore.
I use orange and red setting, and I have to say the redness has gone down! I used it after a derma roller (as I said midlife crisis) and the redness went down much quicker.
As to whether it will soften my resting b*ch face (glabellar lines) that’s still to be seen but I enjoy the 10/20 mins with it on, I couple it with a meditation…although the loud laughing from the fam can be a smidge distracting lol.

I got this mask because it said it was very lightweight. I have a more expensive one but it’s so heavy that it is very painful on the bridge of the nose. This one said it only weighs 75g which is great but it only covers a small part of your face. I suppose it would be fine if you suffer from acne only on your T Zone but if you want to use it for overall skin health including fine lines, wrinkles and age spots or blemishes then it’s not a lot of use. As you can see in the picture, it also sits very high off your face due to the built in goggles, I can get my hand under it so I’m not sure how effective the led lights would be since they’re so far away from your skin.
It’s good that it automatically goes through each of the 3 lights 10 minutes each but it doesn’t have a timer that turns it off after the cycle. It just keeps repeating, so if you fall asleep it will just keep going, Not sure if you can have too much led light

I used to pay virtually the cost of this for one salon treatment. My skin feels better, but the half hour of total relaxation each time I use it is worth it. Very simple to use and I find it comfortable
