I bought these calcium tablets as a supplement due to my dietary restrictions. I am post menopausal so wanted to protect my bones. I was looking for a calcium supplement that you could swallow rather than have to chew, as you end up with a mouthful of chalk. These tablets met my requirements perfectly. If you can swallow the round paracetamols, then you can swallow these as they are roughly the same size and consistency.

I am not sure if I am reacting to these because since I have been taking them I have an irritating skin rash. It could be coincidental. It could be something else or just my make up. I am afraid in this instance I shall have to say; the jury is out!’

I bought this in September 2022 to take throughout my pregnancy, thinking they would be good for at least a year or 2. A few weeks ago I realized it had expired in March 2023. Not only did I take expired supplements during my pregnancy but calcium supplements should NOT have such a short expiry date.
This is a rip off from an unreliable seller.

As some reviews state, these tablets are large and hard and I can imagine a little hard for some people to swallow. I take mine with peanut butter or leave one in a glass of water to dissolve/break down. Good value apart from the size niggle.

I started using calcium tablets about three month ago because of my nails and because i do not absorm nutrients well so need a suplement. I order from linens on a regulaer basis mainly because the website is easy to use and delivery is fast. ive not really shopped around but i guess they are about the same price everywhere

I can not say anything in regards to how my body works with this supplement, I will only know when at some point a bone density test might be carried out.
What I know is that I have to take Calcium because I don’t have a thyroid glant anymore, and I need to keep an eye on my calcium levels.
As my gp is pretty rubbish at that, I am self-medicating so to say.
What is not great with this product, and I don’t know why it was changed, is the size of the pill. It is un-swallowable!
I have to break it into 2 pieces and hope that I can flush it down somehow.
I wish the manufacturers would make easy to swallow pills?
There are billions of pills that are tiny, so why not adjust to that?
That’s the only reason why I am rating this product now with lesser stars.
