I purchased this item to supplement my iron intake as I was experiencing fatigue and tiredness (could just be getting old!!).
These iron tablets contain 14mg of iron and there are 360 tablets in the pouch. While a single tablet won’t necessarily meet your recommended daily intake of iron (depending on where you look), you’re likely to get the remainder from other foods in your diet.
Pros:
+Resealable pack which means the tablets are kept ‘fresh’.
+Very reasonably priced. I paid £6 for this which equates to £0.0167 per tablet.
+Will last me at least a year!
+Easy to swallow, a very small tablet that is about the size of a smint.
+No after taste
+Suitable for vegans and vegetarians
Cons:
-The tablets could be higher in potency i.e. 20mg instead of 14mg.
Bottom line:
For £6 you can’t go wrong. This is an absolute bargain.
