I have been taking Lindens magnesium tablets for a few weeks and I am very pleased with the results. I take one tablet every day with a glass of water after tea. I have noticed less aches and pains in my muscles and joints, no migraines, relaxed mucles and good bowel function. Now I really wonder if this has a placebo effect on my brain ????? How could this happen? Could I have an understanding Mg+2 deficiency?

Was posted through my door while out , so ideal .I`ve only been taking these for a couple of weeks so no way to tell how well they are working yet. A couple of points to note , they are rather big and I have swallowing difficulties , also , they are not coated and they are quite powdery , so my hand comes out coated in dust when reaching in to get a tablet. I actually prefer tablets with a coating , as this helps to prevent them getting stuck in my gullet .
