I don’t really like pill supplements, which are usually packed with lots of fillers. This is a wonderful product that helped me sleep better at night. I tried a different powdered magnesium, but so far this one gives me the best results. It also tastes pretty good and is easy to mix with water.

This was bought for my brother to ease his aching bones. He struggled with tablets as they tend to be very large so having powder form suits him well and easier to take. He tells me it has a pleasant taste although a little unusual. He puts it in water and this helps him stay hydrated too.

I was recommended this as my job is physically demanding and I was having trouble sleeping so wasn’t healing when injured. It doesn’t stop me from being woken up but I don’t wake up as fully so find it easier to go back to sleep. I was feeling really drained and after a week of taking it I feel less achy and more alert. I think this is the best I can expect from any supplement.

Just a week into taking this. No side effects. Not sure I notice any difference. Although my energy levels are noticeably better. Not sure if this is to do with this product.
