This is the second bottle I have purchased, so they must be good.
I can’t remember which website recommended these.
If you take two a day, they are pretty expensive.

I do have a sensitive stomach and found even just taking one of these was too much for me to start with – awful diarrhoea and feeling dreadful, despite taking with a meal. I didn’t want to give up, so in the end I bought some empty capsules and halved the dose. This still upset my stomach, though not as badly, and it settled after a few days. I’ve now gone back up to one whole capsule with no ill effects and it is improving my focus. I may increase again in a couple of weeks. So, in my experience it’s worth persisting if you react as I did.

Felt good and noticed a big difference in my sleep. As well as this the pills are easy to swallow and do not leave a horrible aftertaste. These are long term pills so do not expect overnight results
