Update : broke the tablet in half tonight to see if it was easier to swallow. Not easier. Very hard to swallow. Can feel it moving down my throat at a very slow rate. I just can’t even.
These magnesium tablets are the biggest tablets I’ve ever seen/taken. I use to take magnesium which was double the dose but half the size. Ended up wearing my drink through slight gagging/choking. Will try breaking in half in future. Other than that, nice packaging.. And too early to comment on any beneficial effects.

Slap bang in the middle of the menopause from hell. Read that magnesium is jacks magic beans on the vitamin world. I’d try literally ANYTHING at this point though. (Licking a sweaty flip flop twice a day on a Tuesday, drinking rotted goats milk, eating my own hair…..it’s really THAT bad!). I’m taking this product once a day so we shall see. I just wanna be able to walk from the living room to kitchen and not forget what I’ve gone in for. Sleep. Oh I’d love real restful sleep. If it can change my mood from a raging warthog in heat to a least a little piggy in a petting zoo I’d be happy. Fingers crossed ladies.
