I have just entered into my 3rd month of taking these tablets and I have to say I haven’t noticed much difference. I’ve read they take 3mths for you to see the effects so will see how things are after I have completed this months. My hair does seem better but that could be as a result of many things. No difference to my skin or nails!! I will report back at the end of this months course!!

I’ve not been on these to long to notice a difference bottle only half full so really can’t give a fair judgement easy to take I haven’t found a difference but will continue taking them give them 4 month trail

I’ve been taking this product for just over 3 weeks now and have definitely noticed an improvement in both my hair and nails. My nails and hair were quite brittle looking, but now my hair is really soft and my nails noticeably stronger. My skin is looking ‘brighter’ but I think it may be a little early to see the difference in my skin. The capsules are quite large, but as long as you are fine swallowing capsules you will be fine. I take two in the morning & two at night. I’d say its worth it and will be buying more as I can see the difference.

It’s good and works on me but just a little disappointed on the bottle they write 120 capsules and I do take from instructions 4 capsules per day and I start to take on 16/01 and it’s runout on 14/2 that’s mean missing 8 capsules (2 day missing)
