The tablets do take a while to get into your system, but I’ve been taking them for 35 days now and I have to say I have noticed a difference, the only I time I have a hot flush is when I’ve had a coffee or a glass of wine even if I have decaffeinated coffee, I do have cold spells though,when I go extremely cold, but I would rather be cold than Hot !

The tablets work well with night and day sweats. Stops them within a few days and you will not need to continue taking everyday just top up when needed.
Excellent remedy for the dreaded menopaus.
