As someone who suffers from gout occasionally, I bought these capsules. I didn’t know cherry capsules existed before I got these. I used to keep buying frozen cherries in case I suffered a bout of gout.
Now I just take two capsules when required and gout is a thing of the past.

Supposed to be good to help you settle to sleep if taken 20mins before bed, and to take effect after 2 weeks of regularly taking them. I am sleeping well, but may have done without them. One of those things we’ll never know!

These are OK but after taking them (3 a day) I really cannot say they have been of any more benefit than taking 3 deep breaths a day. For really noticeable and quick health benefits then thick, pure Tart Cherry or any Cherry Juice is the way to go. Perhaps “You get what you pay for” applies here.

I’ve tried numerous non-medicinal remedies for relief of the osteoarthritis in my hands but these Montmorency cherry capsules are the only ones which I can say have had any lasting effect. They have not cured the problem by any means but the day to day improvement in my hands has been particularly noticeable. I began to notice this improvement after about 2 weeks of taking the capsules twice daily. I have been so impressed by the improvement that I have ordered further capsules.
