Easy to use and work

I have been using these for a couple of months to reduce inflammation in my pelvis due to a few gynaecological issues. I can only speak from my own personal experiences and I can’t guarantee that it will have the same effect for everyone. However, I can tell you that after taking 2 capsules a day, within the first month I noticed a big change in my cycle. I went from a 21-24 day cycle to a 28-30 day with hardly any cramping at all. At first, I chalked it up to just a coincidence but I’ve been using them for 6/7 months or so now and my cycle has remained a good steady 28-30 days. I have endometriosis so generally I do suffer with a lot of cramping and pelvic pain but these capsules really do seem to have helped to ease them for me. If you’re considering them for anything, I would recommend giving them a try. They are a very good price and I personally find them very beneficial. I can’t see any reason why I would ever stop taking them.
