I bought these for my mother. She suffers from arthritis and often has pain in her hands which makes it impossible for her to peel vegetables for example. We have tried different brands of sour cherry extract – which mostly worked well – but these seem to have been the best to relieve her pain. Reordered!

I was gifted these a few weeks ago. At the time, I could feel inflammation starting in my toes/fingers. After a week or two of taking 1 capsule per day, the inflammation wore off and I haven’t felt another twinge since.
I also noticed my sleep improved as in I woke up far less during the night. This is an added bonus, as I didn’t realise they aided sleep for some people until I ordered another packet and read the product description.

These capsules seem to do the trick of keeping inflammation at bay when taken every day. When I have run out I can feel my joints ache more and am delighted Time Health have started to stock these again. Would definitely recommend

I purchased these as they sounded as though they would be a stronger option than some I’m already taking to help with sleep problems but found that they aren’t as beneficial. I wake up more and take longer to go back to sleep.
