Does make you sleepier and stay asleep deeper. Hasn’t saved me from every sleepless night but I can definitely tell they make a difference.

I thought I’d try these to see if they helped my chronic spinal pain. I had also read that tart cherry may aid sleep. Even before I had chronic pain I had usually taken hours to fall asleep and have tried every supplement going as my GP will only give me a small prescription for the strong sleeping tablets that work for me. I didn’t expect these to help at all, but hoped they may reduce my pain level slightly, they didn’t!
Within a week of taking these supplements I was falling asleep in half an hour or less…miraculous for me. In the three months I’ve been taking them I have only had a handful of nights where I toss and turn for hours before dropping off. Absolutely nothing else has changed so I can only put it down to taking these. I am here to order my second lot and fingers crossed they continue to help me as falling asleep so much quicker has seen a huge improvement in my mood and energy levels. So glad I tried them.
***update August 2022***
I ran out of these about two weeks ago and thought perhaps I would have gotten into the habit of falling asleep quickly after almost a year of taking them, I hadn’t! I sort of forgot about them TBH after a couple of days without them, however, I realised a couple of days ago that my terrible sleeping pattern of old had returned, that is – taking literally hours and hours to fall asleep – so I am here to re-order them as I now know without a doubt these definitely help me fall asleep within about 15 minutes 99% of the time. I highly recommend you try them if, like me, you lie awake for hours unable to drop off to sleep. They are amazing!

I have been struggling with episodes of gout for about 5 years now and 2022 was the worst year I’d ever had. I’d had about 9 episodes in 8 months. Anyone who has suffered from gout knows how deliberating it can be. An episode can last up to two weeks and is extremely painful. The only thing that got rid of an attack for me was Colchicine. But that doesn’t stop it coming back.
Some friends of mine who have relatives in France recommend Montmorency Cherries in a liquid form so I went to Holland and Barrett to see what they had. They didn’t have the correct one. So I tried some capsules and they seemed to start having a positive effect very quickly but they were expensive, 30 pills for £12 and when you have to take 2 a day thats £24 a month. So I looked on Amazon and I found this product which is 200 capsules for almost the same price!
Far more importantly though they work! Whatever is in the pills they break down the uric acid that causes crystallisation which in turn causes the acute pain in the joints. I haven’t had another gout attack since!
I can’t recommend this product highly enough!

I do not often write reviews, but I really felt I should review this product in the hope that someone else benefits as much as I seem to have done. For a few years now I have suffered ‘tech neck’ from hunching over a laptop all day (work). As I have aged, my joints have become achy and I have some mild arthritis in my knee. HOWEVER, since taking these for the past few months, I suddenly realised that I have no neck or shoulder aching whatsoever. I was struggling to undo my bra strap at night, which was getting really painful as my arm muscle ached so much. Again, I realised that for the past few weeks I can reach up and undo my bra with ease. I can only attribute these changes to montmercy cherry supplements as nothing else has changed either in my diet or my medication. I seriously can’t believe the difference, and would recommend anyone with ageing joints/arthritis to try this product. I really hope you have as much benefit as I seem to have. Horbäach seems a reputable brand so I checked out the registered address on the bottle with Companies House after noticing the Horbäach logo was not that on the US website.
Just for your information, the address on the item is registered to a different company called Piping Rock UK Limited which does ship items from the US. Before that the company registered at the address was UKAZ Limited with directors of US origin. The goods don’t seem to resemble the US version of Tarte Cherry extract, so I am wondering if this was an FDA approved item before it was repackaged in the US. I look forward to any feedback.
It does seem to work though so reasonably happy as no problems encountered.

Compared with black cherry products locally, these tablets are good value
