I would recommend this product did not help clear my sinuses and it’s the easiest it use as the tabs on the side of the pump are just small

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I have no other word to describe it other than it is rubbish. I am still bunged up it has not helped unblock my nose at all I am better off just getting the Sudafed bottle from tescos. I am really disappointed with this product this has not unblocked my nose even once!

If you have a cold, or a post cold dirty nostril/sinus, you can’t really go wrong with this. Gives a good clean out and loosens up stubborn bogies
