I don’t normally write reviews but always read them before buying products . Due to the remarkable results after taking this product I felt it was only right to write an accurate review .
My wife has suffered with bloating and constipation for years and has even had the lazy diagnosis of irritable bowl syndrome . After researching we decided to try a more natural approach . We are really happy with the results of this product , my wife found the tablets fairly easy to swollen ( normally struggles with tablets etc) and was able to easily go to the toilet the day after she started taking the capsules . She didn’t get the uncomfortable stomach cramps shes had in the past after taking quite aggressive medications and didn’t feel like she was having to run to the toilet to get there in time . Her bloating has subsided considerably and is going to the toilet daily after feeling a little urge to go . If you suffer with constipation and bloating I would 100% recommend this product .

Took around 4 days to get a movement , softer stool passing . I usually have slower bowel movements anyhow , but this has helped in keeping movement whilst being on pain medication . With pain mediation contributing to constipation this has helped greatly in keeping me regular to my own body routine.
Safer than another one I used which was very harsh on the digestive system with stomach cramps similar to labor ! .

Works very effectively, can take a few days for a full clear out but it works well and all natural ingredients makes it easier on the gut. Once i done a 6 day cycle I didn’t need to take them again for a month as my bowels were in a better rhythm
