I have bought this powder to put it into my smoothies in the morning and I definitely like it. I haven’t tried it on it’s own, so I cannot say if it has an unpleasant taste but it definitely doesn’t make much of a difference in my smoothies taste wise. It desolves quickly and you can mix it or blend it into your smoothies easily.
The only minus point is that the package came with an expiry date of April 2018 while I bought the product in mid February. I only use a teaspoon full for my smoothies so it’s definitely going to be hard to use this before it expires. I don’t know if this is normal for these kind of products but next time I will definitely rather go to the store so I can have a look and maybe get me a pack with a later expiry date.

After finding out that I have an iron deficiency I went looking for natural products which may be able to help boost my iron levels. I add this powder into a glass of 1 part water to 1 part apple juice and it has a pleasant taste. Since taking this daily I have noticed a change in my energy levels and dizziness which is great as I work full time and require as much energy as possible. I would highly recommend this powder as it has helped me to feel more like myself. Thank you!

Not the best tasting super greens powder but also not crammed with sugar I guess. More palatable with juices than water. Can’t say I’ve felt the health benefits yet but will keep at it.
